Thank you for ordering a downloadable product from our website! If you are having problems accessing your order, we are happy to assist. Please keep the following in mind

  1. After placing your order, you were redirected to a webpage that contained a secure link for accessing your product. At the same time an email was sent to the address you provided containing the same link. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail filters for the automated email message with your download information. This is particularly relevant for large scale email providers like Hotmail and AOL.
  2. Download links are active for a limited time. Please save your document to your computer by right-clicking the link and selecting “save target as” from the menu.
  3. If you received an email, but can not access the link try cutting and pasting the entire link into your browser’s address bar. Mail programs will often wrap long URLs and cut off important pieces of information by moving them to the next line.
  4. Downloadable products come in .pdf format for online documents. In order to view or print a .pdf document, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is freely available from adobe.com
